Plot: The Roger P. Folkelman, Jr. Memorial Bridge is missing! Or so everyone thinks. Actually the Terrible Tollman has simply hypnotized everyone except Doomsday and Clementine into thinking the bridge is gone.  But when he challenges the C.A.P.E.R. Kids to a race and leads them to the "missing" bridge, Doomsday is the only one who can proceed and race against this villain.

Does Bugs go bananas? Yes
Does P.T. use Seymour? No, but he used his C.A.P.E.R. ring to track the Tollman

Notes: The song, You're Under My Spell, is the second one from the series (apart from the theme song) which does not appear on the album
