devoted to the 1976 Saturday morning show, The Kids from: C.A.P.E.R.
Those who remember it can never forget it . . . and still love it.
mission statement: To thoroughly research the show, give it the
recognition it deserves, locate the episodes and finally get them released on
website is a work in progress! While we will have no set schedule to
update, we will add information and news whenever it becomes available to
us! Any and all updates will be posted in the box below and on our Twitter
page, so be sure to check back with us often!
- We have added a
new promotional photo from the 1981 made-for-TV movie Thornwell
featuring Cosie Costa to his Television
- Steve Bonino

radio to promote his CD The Peace Rocks Sessions, and
you can now watch the full interview below!
- Wishing John
Lansing a very happy birthday today! We're looking
forward to reading more Jack Bertolino novels, hopefully
- Many thanks to
all of the C.A.P.E.R. fans who helped contribute to Steve Bonino's Indiegogo
campaign for his new project Children
of the Moon! The total ended up at $1,405, which
is terrific! The C.A.P.E.R. Project will be giving the
band a check for that same amount, and we will definitely
keep everyone up-to-date with news about the album!
- Today marks the
37th anniversary of the day when The Kids from C.A.P.E.R.
first debuted on NBC. In honor of this anniversary,
The C.A.P.E.R. Project is pleased to announce that we're
going to match the amount raised for Steve Bonino's Indiegogo
campaign for his new project Children
of the Moon, dollar for dollar, up to $2,500!
(That means that if the campaign reaches $2,500 or more,
we'll add another $2,500 to the amount, or we'll double any
amount under $2,500!) C.A.P.E.R. fans have already
been super generous with their donations and the matching
funds will include all the money which has been raised to
date. But if you haven't made a donation yet or wish
to donate a little more, know your money will go twice as
far! We feel that this is especially appropriate
today, considering it's also the anniversary of 9/11 and
there is such a strong message of peace and love behind the
music of Children of the Moon. Steve's genuine and
heartfelt songwriting and lyrics are sorely needed in this
world. We believe 100% in this project and want to do
everything we can to help make this album a reality, so
please help any way you can to enable us to reach that
monetary goal! Thanks, everyone!
- We're very
pleased to announce the winner of our Rob
